This high-performance disc cutter features diamond electroplating on an ultra-thin 0.26mm plate, enabling outstanding cutting performance and high-speed processing.

It is perfectly suited for cutting carbon fiber sheets, which is essential for small motor hobbies, and provides strong support for machine construction.

A high-precision mandrel (shaft diameter Φ2.35 mm) is included to maximize the cutter's performance. It can also be used as a replacement for existing cutters.

Regarding the black disc holder shown in the second photo: This is intended solely for product transportation and is not designed for reuse. Please note that the holder's color or material may change without notice, but this will not affect the quality of the disc cutter product itself.

■ YT-014 Tungsten Carbide Countersink Bit for Carbon Plates

tire & roller machining shaft
With the single shaft chassis, you can perform tire processing and roller polishing. The roller processing section can accommodate rollers of various internal and external diameters by using the included attachment. The chassis uses high-precision 630/620 ball bearings to ensure the necessary rigidity of the shaft and to suppress axis wobbling during grinding, ensuring precision.

YT-004用のスペア軸受で、YT-004に同梱のものと同じものとなります。国産の高精度ベアリングにガタツキ防止の油膜処理を施しております。また、YUTORIRACINGがフェスカーの軸受に使用しているものと同じものになります。

Ball bearings
These are spare bearings for the YT-004, identical to the ones included in the package. We use domestically produced high-precision bearings with an anti-wobble oil film treatment. These are the same bearings used by YUTORIRACING in Festka's bearings.

予備スペーサー
YT-004用の予備スペーサーで、各種ローラーに合わせて適宜スペーサーを変更する事で面振れを抑制します。摩耗したスペーサーと交換する事で高い工作精度を維持する事ができます。

Spare spacers
These are spare spacers for the YT-004, and by changing the spacers as needed for various rollers, it suppresses face runout. By replacing worn spacers with these spares, you can maintain high machining precision.
